Wizz Air started a flexible ticketing program, allowing customers to make reservations without including all passenger names at the time of booking. The Flexible Travel Partner service costs an additional €10 per passenger per flight, and allows customers to book up to 10 passengers. The customer only needs to name one passenger in the group, and details of the remaining passengers can be added at any time up to three hours before the flight’s departure.

Wizz Air says the new service “has been designed for customers who want to book their trip securing low cost fares well in advance, yet are uncertain who their travel partners will be.”

“Flexibility is becoming increasingly important when planning both business and leisure trips. With our new Flexible Travel Partner service customers can leave the decision of who to travel with up until the last minute, while in the meanwhile securing the lowest possible fares.
