Percussive Massage

At 30 minutes, this treatment uses a Theragun Percussive Massage device in addition to tailored massage techniques to reduce muscle strains, pains and inflammation.

Smart Goggles

Also in 30-minute increments, smart wearable goggles can be used for rest, focus and stress, alleviating headaches, jet lag and more.

Cold Plunge

Immerse the body at a very cold temperature for three to five minutes to reduce inflammation, promote muscle recovery and boost the immune system.

Virtual Reality Meditation

For 30 minutes, reduce anxiety, discomfort, blood pressure and heart rate with virtual meditation.

Infrared Sauna

Infrared light penetrates deep into muscles to stimulate collagen, improve blood circulation and more, also at 30 minutes.
