The United Family of Cards from Chase recently teamed with Timeshifter, a circadian technology platform, to launch the Jet Set & Reset pledge and sweepstakes, exclusive to United MileagePlus members. Members who take the pledge in 2023 will be entered into a sweepstakes for a chance to win a prize from three potential prize categories.

The prizes allow those who took the pledge to turn it into action:

• One winner receives a year-long subscription to the Timeshifter jet lag app and 1 million United MileagePlus miles
• Eight winners receive a year-long subscription and 500,000 miles
• 500 win a year-long subscription to the app
