The Unbound Collection by Hyatt recently arrived with its first property in the United Kingdom. The Great Scotland Yard Hotel was a former metropolitan police headquarters. It is the first Unbound Collection-branded property in the United Kingdom and the sixth in Europe. The property includes 152 guestrooms and a five-story townhouse.

The hotel, in addition to offering historic intrigue in spades, provides guests with four different dining and drinking options, all curated by chef and restaurateur Robin Gill.

The Yard is the hotel’s signature restaurant, serving modern British cuisine with an open kitchen; The 40 Elephants is an off-beat cocktail bar; The Parlour is a modern tearoom inspired by The Imperial New Delhi Hotel; and Sibin is a second bar inspired by Irish speakeasies.

Guestrooms include 15 suites. All accommodations feature neutral color palettes, wardrobes with secret bookcase-like facades and different decor touches in every room. The townhouse is a standalone, two-bedroom option for guests seeking the most exclusive of experiences.
