The Red Carnation Hotel Collection takes the phrase “pet-friendly” to a new level. The collection of 4- and 5-star family-run hotels is “pet-centric,” offering items and services designed to provide pets and owners with a luxurious experience.

Modeled after founder and president Beatrice Tollman’s love of dogs, the collection’s hotels in London, Dorset, Guernsey, Geneva, Palm Beach, South Africa and Ireland offer floor mats, plush bedding, specially prepared menus and food and drink bowls. Pet concierges can recommend local groomers or veterinarians, and most of the properties are within walking distance of parks and beaches.

At The Milestone Hotel and 41, exceptional pet services include birthday celebrations complete with specialty cakes; custom-made beds and duvets; pet bathrobes; and turndown treats.

The Pampered Pooch offer at Summer Lodge includes homemade biscuits, Lily’s Kitchen dog food menu offerings, a dog wash station, dog beds, food and water bowls, woof towels and a list of nearby parks, beaches and coastal walks. Resident cat Felix can usually be found at reception assisting with check-in.
