Travelle at The Langham, Chicago is bringing a new twist to tableside service with the launch of cocktail carts.
In partnership with Rockwell Group, Travelle designed four custom-made cocktail carts, which first debuted in the greenroom at the 86th Annual Academy Awards. The carts can now be seen at Travelle, and feature brass framing with satin, mirrored glass undersides and high-gloss Macassar ebony shelving.
The cocktail cart’s signature drink is the Madhattan, prepared and served tableside. The twist on the traditional Manhattan cocktail is made with whiskey, sweet vermouth, a dash of Benedictine and house-made smoked simple syrup, stirred and served over ice.
Located on the second floor of The Langham, Chicago, Travelle serves Chef Tim Graham’s contemporary interpretations of Mediterranean cuisine and a curated 1,600-bottle wine list.
