The St. Kitts Ritz-Carlton Resort Hotel and Residences is set to break ground this year for a 2028 debut. The highly anticipated project marks a new chapter in St. Kitts’ hospitality and real estate offerings.

The property will feature 125 suites, 10 villas and 15 condominium residences. Luxury on-site amenities will include a spa, multiple swimming pools, multiple dining outlets, The Ritz-Carlton Beach Club, The Ritz-Carlton Kids Club and more. Guests will also have access to off-site excursions, from catamaran cruises and snorkeling to ATV excursions and culinary experiences.

Construction is expected to begin by the third quarter of 2025 with a projected opening in the second quarter of 2028.
