Chef Simone Caponnetto and Bar Manager Alessandro Mengoni, Locale Firenze
The chef and bar manager from Locale Firenze visit the resort March 13–15. The menu boasts elegant, contemporary Italian cuisine. The restaurant’s bar program ranked 36th on The World’s Best Bars 2025 list due in part to its innovative cocktail offerings.

Chef René Frank, Coda
The Berlin-based pastry chef will be on site April 26–27. Coda is Berlin’s first dessert-only restaurant. Frank will delight guests with his modern approach to desserts, utilizing unexpected ingredients and modern techniques to deliver show-stopping confections.

Line, the contemporary cocktail bar in Athens, ranked sixth on The World’s Best Bars 2025 list. Head bartender Vasilis Kyritsis brings his mixology expertise to the resort June 8–10.
