The InterContinental Mark Hopkins San Francisco announced a new amenity for guests in collaboration with Porsche. Porsche electric vehicle charging stations will now be located in the valet area of the hotel’s parking deck, allowing guests and visitors to top off the batteries of electric vehicles while enjoying a cocktail at Top of the Mark, enjoying farm-to-table fare at Nob Hill Club or staying overnight at the property.
“Like the Porsche brand, The InterContinental Mark Hopkins delivers a luxury experience at the highest level,” stated Michael Pace, general manager. “We are very pleased to expand our legacy of support for EVs through our partnership with Porsche, while offering yet another unique and indulgent amenity to visitors and guests of the hotel.”

InterContinental Mark Hopkins San Francisco has offered EV chargers for guests for more than two decades, in line with its renowned eco-initiatives, also including an Energy-star rating, recycling 80 percent of its waste, 95 percent energy-efficient lighting and a buzzing bee habitat.
