New York City’s West Village welcomes The Golden Swan, a restaurant with exciting takes on classic French and Mediterranean dishes. Spanning two floors, The Golden Swan allows guests to choose between a space for cocktails and small plates and a space for a more immersive dining experience.
Helmed by Chef Doug Brixton, the restaurant offers several menus depending on where patrons dine. The Dining Room menu features highlights like poached halibut, Crescent duck and house-made tagliatelle. The Wallace Room, an intimate space on the ground floor serving small plates and drinks, sees dishes like tomato fondue, salmon rillettes and carbonara take center stage.

Warm, golden hues drape the second-floor dining room to create a luxurious atmosphere. The space embodies an upscale French-Mediterranean restaurant through a New York lens. The Golden Swan also boasts its own cocktail menu, with concoctions like Tuxedo No. 314 (a martini with gin, house white vermouth blend, sherry and absinthe), Saturn (gin, passionfruit and almond) and Hudson Duster (an old-fashioned featuring bourbon, mint, cinnamon and angostura).

The Dining Room also includes two separate private dining areas for special occasions. The restaurant is now open for reservations.
