Earlier this month, Equinox Hotels launched The Art + Science of Sleep by Equinox Hotels in time for National Sleep Awareness Month and World Sleep Day on March 17.

Sleep affects every organ in the body, and is one of the foundational pillars of lasting health. It’s also one of the first self-care rituals to experience disruption while traveling. To help travelers stick to their sleep schedule, Equinox Hotel introduced The Art + Science of Sleep by Equinox Hotels, a science-backed approach designed to give guests the best sleep each night of their stay.

Starting in the room, the Dark. Quiet. Cool. option is featured on the in-room iPad. With this feature, each room can shut down for the optimal sleep setting. The room features functions blocking out both sound and light.

Each bed is layered with temperature-regulating natural fibers, while RoomBars are stocked with herbal, sleep-inducing teas; tinctures; and high-performance eye masks. Take advantage of the in-room dining menu, which features sleep-inducing snacks to support natural melatonin production. Lastly, the all-encompassing AM + PM Rituals Program helps guests work on breathing techniques designed to optimize their circadian rhythm and help unwind before bed.
