TAP Air Portugal now offers all passengers COVID-19 testing service at Lisbon Airport at a discount. Depending on a destination’s various restrictions, the Rapid Antigen Test is €21; the PCR test is €85; and a PCR Test plus Rapid Antigen Test is €106. TAP customers enjoy priority access to this service.

Test results are sent directly to passengers via email within 30 minutes for the rapid tests, and 6–8 hours for the PCR tests. Testing can be scheduled here, and the testing is currently located at Rua B Building 8 next to Lisbon Airport; from April 19, services will also be available in the airport’s departures area.

Additionally, TAP is gradually restoring operations with plans to operate 879 flights per week on 100 routes by August. Fifty-one of those flights will operate from North America, with service from Boston (BOS), Newark (EWR), Chicago (ORD), Washington, D.C. (IAD), San Francisco (SFO), Toronto (YYZ) and Montreal (YUL).

TAP also adds eight new routes to Europe and Africa this summer: to Fuerteventura (FUE), Ibiza, and Santiago de Compostela (SCQ), Spain; Zagreb (ZAG), Croatia; Djerba (DJE), and Monastir (MIR), Tunisia; and Oujda (OUD), and Agadir (AGA), Morocco.
