TAP Air Portugal announced plans to launch six new international routes in summer 2021. Beginning in June 2021, TAP will offer two weekly flights from Lisbon (LIS) to Ibiza (IBZ), and one from Lisbon to Fuerteventura (FUE). Two weekly flights will take off from Lisbon to Morocco’s Oujda (OUD), on Saturday and Sunday, while three weekly flights will be offered between Lisbon and Zagreb (ZAG), Croatia. Tunisia joins TAP’s summer network next year with flights from Lisbon to Djerba (DJE) and Monastir (MIR). Zagreb service begins in March 2021, with the others taking off in May and June of next year.
The current situation delayed four international routes announced this year; these routes are also now planned to start in 2021 and include Lisbon to Cancún (CUN), Mexico; Cape Town (CPT), South Africa; Agadir (AGA), Morocco; and Santiago de Compostela (SCQ), Spain.
