New World Wealth surveyed a group of 800 millionaires from around the world to discover their favorite individual hotels, airlines and luxury trains.
The top five individual hotels were, in order, The Bellagio; The Plaza; Mandarin Oriental, London; Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc; and the Raffles Singapore.
The top five airlines were Singapore Airlines, Qantas, Japan Airlines, Lufthansa and Air France.
Favorite luxury trains included Eastern & Oriental Express, the Blue Train, the Pride of Africa, the Maharajas Express and The Orient Express.
The study noted most top-rated hotels preferred by millionaire travelers were relatively small, most being less than 300 rooms. It also pointed out the increasing popularity of luxury trains in Africa.
