InterContinental Hotels Group recently rebranded a previously purchased property in the United Kingdom as the new voco Oxford Thames. The property is the third voco hotel in the United Kingdom to open in the last year.

The historic, 15th-century property offers more than 100 guestrooms, with a blend of historic and modern style. The unique result makes the property perfect for memorable vacations and events, from celebrations to corporate affairs.

Guest amenities include Aveda toiletries and complimentary WiFi. On-site dining is provided by The Crusaders Bar and Lounge, specializing in seasonally-inspired British cuisine. The spa and leisure club offers an indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room and fitness center.

Sustainability is an important aspect of the voco brand and, as such, all bedding is made from 100 percent recycled materials, all rooms feature glass water bottles rather than plastic bottles, miniature toiletry bottles are replaced with large-format bottles, plastic straws are replaced with biodegradable alternatives and aerated shower heads reduce water waste.
