InterContinental Hong Kong struck the jackpot, earning a total of four Michelin stars in the 2015 Michelin Guide to Hong Kong and Macau. The recognition gives the hotel the distinction of having three Michelin star restaurants under one roof for the third consecutive year.
The hotel’s Michelin star restaurants include Yan Toh Heen, which received two stars for the first time. SPOON by Alain Ducasse earned one star while The Steak House wine bar + grill also earned one Michelin star.
