Sonesta International Hotels Corporation unveiled enhancements to its meeting and events offerings through new and expanded partnerships.

Sonesta partnered with Redstone Agency, a full-service event management company, to offer Hybrid Concierge. This all-in-one solution allows planners to create collaborative experiences for both in-person and virtual attendees. Hybrid Concierge can support events of any size and format and is now available at all Royal Sonesta and Sonesta Hotels & Resorts properties worldwide.

Sonesta also expanded its partnership with Cvent to offer guests the ability to book small meetings on demand through Cvent Instant Book platform at almost half of Sonesta’s U.S.-managed properties. This allows meeting planners to book meeting space online in a quick and seamless process without submitting a request for proposal. In a few clicks, meeting planners can view meeting rooms, select space setup, choose from all-inclusive offers, view audiovisual options, and provide prices and availability in real time.
