In time for summer escapes, South African Airways Vacations launches a Sizzling Summer Saver flash sale, offering up to $500 off more than 70 air-inclusive vacation deals and additional discounts on some of its top-selling tours throughout South Africa.

“We are reducing the prices on some of our most popular air-inclusive packages so that our customers can discover South Africa during the popular summer travel period,” said Terry von Guilleaume, president, South African Airways Vacations. “We have taken the low fares offered by South African Airways from New York and Washington, D.C. to South Africa and added further discounts to make that summer vacation even more affordable.”

The popular Affordable South Africa itinerary is now offered to travelers wishing to explore the country’s scenic landscapes and lifestyle this summer for a discounted rate of $2,299 per person — a total savings of $800 per person. The vacation includes overnight accommodations for four nights at the Protea Sea Point Hotel in Cape Town, a full-day tour of the Cape Peninsula and Cape of Good Hope and a two-night safari in Pilanesberg National Park with accommodations at Shepherd’s Tree Game Lodge.

As well, the South Africa Sizzler itinerary is now offered for $1,999 per person, providing a total savings of $1,000 per person. The vacation provides overnight accommodations for four nights at the Protea Sea Point Hotel in Cape Town; two nights at Kwa Maritane Bush Lodge; and safari game drives in the Pilanesberg National Park.
