Singapore Airlines and subsidiary Scoot joined the Worldwide by easyJet connections service. This enables easyJet customers to connect onto Southeast Asian flights with Singapore via Milan Malpensa Airport and with Scoot via Berlin Tegel Airport.

These new connections are expected to come online within the next few months, and will allow easyJet’s customers access to 10 airline partners and 100 destinations.

The program launched last year with Norwegian and Westjet connections. Other partners now include Corsair, Le Compagnie, Loganair and Thomas Cook.

The self-connect service enables easyJet customers to book connecting and forward flights, all via easyjet.com. The carrier says the program “does not impact easyJet’s punctuality, its asset utilization or operating model.”

The program entails a 2.5-hour minimum connection time, and flights are not held for connecting passengers.

“Worldwide by easyJet has grown rapidly since launching almost 12 months ago. Over half of easyJet’s flights and 53 million easyJet customers will soon be able to connect to airline partner services and other easyJet flights in a single booking through our online portal.
