Rosewood London recently unveiled The Chalet at Rosewood London, an alpine-inspired terrace experience through February 2026. The activation includes collaborations with Goldbergh, an Amsterdam-based luxury ski brand, and The Singleton Single Malt Scotch Whisky. The hotel’s courtyard has transformed into a sophisticated mountain retreat in the heart of London.

The Chalet features wooden elements and a warm, neutral palette highlighted by Goldbergh’s signature gold accents with luxury blankets and custom cushions throughout. The Rosewood London team wear pieces from the Goldbergh Gold Exclusive collection.

The Chalet’s opening is well-timed to today’s opening of Rosewood Courchevel Le Jardin Alpin, which stocks Goldbergh in its ski boutique.

Signature cocktails from The Singleton Single Malt Scotch Whisky include I Shine Not Burn, a blend of Singleton 18-year with Oloroso, Madeira, Marsala, port, vermouth and smoked moss; Jock’s Well Hot Toddy, featuring Singleton 12-year with beurre noisette, chamomile, heather honey and shortbread; and The Siren’s Song, Singleton 12-year with chestnut, citrus, maple, bitters, pine and fudge. The Chalet also offers an exclusive Singleton 21-year serve ritual, a rare opportunity to experience the harder-to-find expression.

The menu boasts the hearty spirit of alpine dining, with dishes including French onion soup; Baked Camembert with confit garlic, walnut, honey and thyme; Wine Braised Short Ribs; and Tartiflette, a potato gratin with Reblochon cheese and smoked bacon.

The Chalet at Rosewood London runs through February 2026, 12–10 p.m., Monday to Sunday.
