Early next year, Nobu Beach Inn opens on Barbuda’s southwest coast. Conceived by Robert De Niro, Daniel Damoon and James Packer, this property will offer travelers utter seclusion and personalized service.
Set to feature 36 bedrooms and 17 bungalow cottages, as well as real estate offerings and several world-class restaurants (including a Nobu restaurant), Nobu Beach Inn marks the only Nobu resort owned by De Niro. The property embraces sustainable development and practices, community enhancements, and renewable energy, aligning with Barbuda’s tradition of respecting nature.

Guests can select from a range of bespoke experiences curated by dedicated hosts, including secluded picnics, sailing expeditions and marine biology sessions. The resort will also include a beachfront spa, open-air gym, yoga facilities and more.
Pre-sales are currently open for 25 beachfront Hotel Villa lots. Buyers have the choice of interior design finishes and a range of furniture options. Villas are connected by pools, gardens and sandy pathways, with custom lots released at a later stage.

Nobu Beach Inn was first spotted by De Niro more than 30 years ago when he took a boat trip from Antigua, and the property left such a lasting impression on him, he set out to be directly involved in all of the design and concept decisions for the Inn and Villas.
