Qatar is adding 105 hotels and serviced apartments to its portfolio of properties in preparation for the country’s role as host of the FIFA World Cup 2022. The new properties will appeal to a range of travelers.

Banyan Tree Doha opened recently, designed by Jacques Garcia. Openings on the horizon include Pullman Doha West Bay, JW Marriott West Bay and Steigenberger Hotel Doha.

Banyan Tree Doha boasts five dining options, 341 accommodations and Banyan Tree Spa. Opening later this year, Pullman Doha West Bay will have 375 guestrooms and suites, as well as 93 apartments. The 53-story JW Marriott West Bay will feature views of Doha’s skyline and a terrace swimming pool on the 30^th floor. Accommodations close to the airport will be on offer at Steigenberger Hotel Doha.
