Through April 8, Preferred Hotels & Resorts offers its first-ever global sweepstakes, the iPrefer Hotel Rewards Giveaway. Timed to coincide with the introduction of new benefits to the loyalty program, the sweepstakes will award winners with prizes ranging from $500 to $2,000 toward future hotel experiences.

Enter to vote for which type of hotel experience you’d most like to splurge on using loyalty points. Themes range from adventure and beach travel to romance and solo travel. A weekly drawing will award one member 250,000 points. One entry per participant per week is allowed. Sharing entries on social media improves the chance of winning. All participants who enter at least once will be eligible to win a final grand prize of 1 million points; winner will be announced on or about April 11.

Participants must be iPrefer members to win and the promotion is available to residents of the continental United States, Canada (excluding Quebec), Hong Kong, Singapore, India, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Mexico, Germany and the United Arab Emirates.

The iPrefer program has been enhanced for 2016, now featuring two tiers, Insider and Elite. Members now earn 10 points per $1 spent on eligible bookings, which can be exchanged for cash-value certificates redeemable toward free nights and other on-property experiences and benefits. New benefits introduced include an upgrade upon availability for members at every tier and 50 percent bonus points earning for Elite members upon every eligible booking.

In celebration, Preferred Hotels & Resorts also launched a special promotion through May 31 giving iPrefer members 12,500 bonus points for every stay booked at iPrefer.com.
