Meeting and event planners looking for a unique setting and a new-build property for their next event should look to Texas Hill Country. Wyndham chose Fredericksburg, Texas, as the location of a new-build Dolce Hotels & Resorts property. The brand caters to business travelers and meetings and events planners. The property will sit on 70 acres next to Fiesta Winery — and share owners with the same — and offer 150 guestrooms and 9,000 square feet of event space, including a tasting room.
