The Park Hyatt brand recently announced the next chapter of its Masters of Food & Wine program.
The program, first introduced in 2003, brings together chefs, artisans and winemakers for a series of curated events and experiences at Park Hyatt hotels around the globe. These rare collaborations are held in intimate settings and range from chef residencies and tasting series to vineyard pairings and market-to-menu workshops.
The program saw a successful run of events earlier this year at hotels in Jakarta, Indonesia; Niseko, Japan; and Sanya Sunny Bay, China. Following these events, the program will now expand to key destinations in the Americas and Asia-Pacific. This kicked off Oct. 21 at Park Hyatt Chicago’s NoMI for an invite-only event with Knob Creek 21. A two-night culinary event at Park Hyatt Toronto, presented with S.Pellegrino, on Oct. 30 and Nov. 1, followed.
Looking ahead, Masters of Food & Wine will continue its global expansion through 2025 and into 2026, with upcoming events planned in Bangkok; Beijing; Busan; Hangzhou; Ningbo; Shenzhen; Suzhou; and Washington, D.C. The 2026 calendar will also see the debut of a sustainability edition at Park Hyatt Washington D.C., developed in partnership with the Marine Stewardship Council and Seafood Nutrition Partnership. The brand consistently delivers exceptional dining experiences rooted in craftsmanship and creativity.
