Recently, more than 345 million people globally watched OMNIYAT light up the sky for the launch of AVA at Palm Jumeirah, Dorchester Collection, Dubai thanks to more than 500 drones. Now, OMNIYAT will once again illuminate the sky with one light to signify the groundbreaking of AVA at Palm Jumeirah Dorchester Collection, Dubai.

AVA at Palm Jumeirah will feature 17 residences, each with private pools on stunning terraces offering 270-degree views of the city skyline, beaches and more. Residents can take advantage of infinity-edge pools, resident-only lounges and cinema, state-of-the-art fitness center and more.
The residences will be managed by Dorchester Collection; each residence will receive the same services as they would when staying in any of Dorchester Collection’s iconic hotels. Guests will receive 24/7 residence concierge services, doorman and porter services, personal valet and much more.
