Delta Air Lines announced the expansion of its service to Europe next year. The new flights serve passengers from New York (JFK) and Boston (BOS), traveling to Lisbon (LIS) and Dublin (DUB), respectively. Additionally, return passengers enjoy added service from Berlin (BER) to New York. New service begins May 25, 2017. The new routes are in conjunction with the airline’s partnerships with Air France-KLM and Alitalia.

“We are pleased to offer nonstop service from New York to both Lisbon and Berlin for the summer 2017 season, enabling Americans to enjoy two popular European destinations during some of the busiest travel months. Both cities have seen an increase in U.S. visitor numbers over the past several years, and Delta is pleased to help contribute to this growth through greater connectivity at JFK,” said Henry Kuykendall, vice president, New York, Delta Air Lines.

The flight between Boston and Dublin departs Boston at 9:10 p.m., and arrives in Dublin at 8:30 a.m., the following day, with return flights departing Dublin at 10:15 a.m. Flights to Lisbon leave at 9:43 p.m., and arrive in Lisbon the next day at 10 a.m. Return flights depart at 11:35 a.m. Berlin service leaves Germany at 1:30 p.m., arriving in New York at 4:19 p.m., the same day.

Both the Dublin and Lisbon routes feature a Boeing 757-200 aircraft, with capacity for 164 passengers. A Boeing 767-300 aircraft services the return Berlin flights with 225 seats. Delta One service is available.
