A new 202-room boutique hotel opens in New Orleans’ Central Business District. The hotel is the brand’s first presence in the city in more than 15 years.
Kimpton Hotel Fontenot is inspired by the iconic southern hospitality New Orleans is known for. The lobby features stunning custom art, including a seven-foot trombone installation honoring the city’s musical roots. Guests are welcomed with a complimentary local beer and musical stylings of prominent soul, blues and big band artists.
Every guestroom offers clean and modern design choices with soft French accents. Guests have access to all-day room service, an in-room honor bar, complimentary amenities and more.
The property also offers two all-new dining and cocktail concepts. The Peacock Room and Gospel Coffee and Boozy Treats aim to elevate the experiences guests are able to have during their stay.
