The entire A-One experience is personalized from booking until check-out. When guests arrive, they’re greeted by an A-One representative to assist with luggage, provide a tour and complete any needed requests. A personal concierge then awaits to help with restaurant reservations, arranging activities and private tours, transportation and more. The team also shares hidden gems only local experts know to create a unique and unforgettable getaway. An iPad provided to guests allows them to request items to their home, order food and beverage, view restaurant and activity recommendations, plan services and shop the property.

A-One homes are designed with a curated art and designer furniture collection. Artwork within homes is valued at $500,000, all made up of A-One ownership’s private collection, as well as additional pieces curated by contemporary art gallery Gallery Brandstrup. Local Norwegian and international artists are featured throughout the properties.

Guests booking with A-One can select from a variety of properties throughout Oslo. Homes boast nature views, natural lighting, soothing interiors and other amenities encouraging healthy nutrition, activity and sleep. All A-One properties consciously focus on the WELL philosophy: an environment promoting physical, mental and social health. All spaces also enhance privacy with discreet and private access to apartments and homes.

The WELL standard appears in various forms in each property, from the carefully selected décor to the color palette to intentional lighting. Dyson air purifiers capture and remove dust, allergens, gases, odors and other pollutants. Each home also comes equipped with an aroma diffuser with 100 percent natural oils, ultra-comfort beds with linens from Rivolta Carmignani, wake-up light simulating the sunrise, bathrobes from Rivolta Carmignani and more. Guests are also encouraged to take part in activities promoting wellness, such as immersive yoga sessions through Rflex within select homes.

Currently, A-One’s portfolio of homes includes six properties in the Frogner and Bjørvika neighborhoods of Oslo. The Dance of Life home features two bedrooms and two bathrooms in an elegant apartment on the seventh floor, with views of the fjord and Munch Museum. Little Venice is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom home where the fjord flows past the apartment’s terrace and floor-to-ceiling windows, while Villa Sunshine offers two bedrooms and two bathrooms in an architecture-designed townhouse with a large outdoor dining area.

Sommerro Garden includes one bedroom and one bathroom, with a private garden in the residential section of Sommerro, Oslo’s newest hotel. Guests can also opt to stay in Sommerro Elegance, a two-bedroom, two-bathroom property with a private balcony and open-floor plan. A-One also offers a new penthouse apartment in Bygdøy for long-term stays. Løchenveien 30 features two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and includes all A-One services.
