Debuting this month, Caption by Hyatt Beale Street Memphis marks the first property within the Caption by Hyatt brand. The highly-anticipated hotel will feature 136 guestrooms and Talk Shop, a reimagined arrival experience with a welcome area, all-day lounge, workspace, eatery and bar. With a focus on sustainability, the hotel is single-use plastic free and features mobile keys.

Set to open in Q3 2022, Andaz Pattaya Jomtien Beach marks the first Andaz property in Thailand. Designed by award-winning Thai architects, the hotel will be home to 204 guestrooms and villas. The property will feature unique culinary offerings from ocean-to-table dining experiences to a communal space culinary concept.

Part of The Unbound Collection by Hyatt, the property plans to debut its extensive renovation this month. Located in Biarritz, France, the renovation restores 86 guestrooms and 56 suites to reflect the building’s history.

Park Hyatt Chicago is poised to debut its $60 million renovation this summer. The refresh includes the introduction of new suite categories and 23 new suites. Guests may enjoy enhancements to the lobby, The Library, its food and beverage program, spa and a refreshed curated art program.
Other notable openings include Magma Resort Santorini opening in July 2022 and Park Hyatt Marrakech in Q4 2022.
