Over the years, Netflix has consistently released binge-worthy content — everything from drama and comedies to travel documentaries. This month Netflix released a new docuseries, Down to Earth with Zac Efron, and it’s the perfect balance between travel and sustainability.

This eight-episode docuseries follows actor Zac Efron and self-proclaimed wellness guru Darin Olien on their journey to find healthy, sustainable lifestyle choices around the world.

The duo starts in Iceland to get an up-close look at the country’s  renewable energy efforts by touring two different geothermal power stations, tasting local cuisine and more. Next, they head to Paris to learn about its tap water system; then Costa Rica to explore an eco-village committed to a small environmental footprint. With other stops along the way, they eventually make their way to Iquitos in the last episode to explore the rainforest and boost their immune systems.

Although their main goal was to find a way to live a more sustainable life and gather ideas of how everyone could live more eco-friendly lives, that doesn’t stop them from having fun and trying new things along the way.

Whether you are interested in sustainability, traveling the world or just Zac Efron himself, this docuseries is worth the binge.
