A new cocktail menu is now available at Four Seasons Hotel Las Vegas. The property’s PRESS bar and social hub aims to bring travelers elevated cocktail menus designed to fit the needs and desires of a modern traveler. The new menu was developed with the assistance of Dos Ojos Cocktails.

“Las Vegas is a city perfect for those craving adventure and excitement, but also caters to those seeking community and calm,” said Josh Loving Aaronson, director, food and beverage, Four Seasons Hotel Las Vegas. “The Dos Ojos team is known for their creativity and stylistic approach to cocktail creation. The new PRESS menu is comprised of four sections — Solitude, Rejuvenation, Exhilaration and Session — to match every moment and mood.”

The cocktails make use of locally inspired ingredients and modern bartending techniques. Many of the cocktails contain healthy ingredients or are upgraded versions of classics, like the Paradise, a new play on a Cosmo, topped with a colada espuma; or the Old Fashioned Casino, inspired by a classic Old Fashioned, but smoked under a cloche with local herbs.

The menu also features low-alcohol and non-alcoholic craft cocktails, an offering continually in demand. The Paloma Skies cocktail is a low-alcohol alternative to a traditional Paloma, and the Aloe Lemonade is a non-alcoholic, refreshing beverage suitable for any time of day.
