At the Chamberlain West Hollywood, changes include a swish new lobby and updates to 115 generously sized suites. Check out each room’s new monochromatic color palette, curated art pieces and leather- and velvet-covered furniture. The new restaurant and bar, under the direction of executive chef Henry Tapia, offers New American dishes in an intimate space reflecting Old Hollywood glamour positioned close to Sunset Boulevard. Ask for a table on the garden patio near the fire pit or trellis greenery.

Not far away, the Montrose West Hollywood (formerly the Le Montrose Suite Hotel) has a brand new “upscale urban” ambience appropriate to its treed residential street location, walkable to Sunset Boulevard and Santa Monica Boulevard. All of the public spaces and each of the 133 suites pay homage to the music industry with diverse furnishings, art and lighting fixtures. Additions include co-working and lounge spaces, a fast-service café with Montrose Take-and-Make Meals that allow guests to prepare their own in-room meals and an updated restaurant with a menu by Michelin-rated chef Bryan Achay. Redesign efforts at both OLS Hotels & Resorts properties were guided by design and architecture firm Perkins+Will.
