Beginning last week, KLM World Business Class passengers can now enjoy the new menu created by renowned chef Jonnie Boer and sommelier Thérèse Boer of De Librije restaurant. KLM previously partnered with this duo and is excited to continue collaborating with them in 2022. Every three months, World Business Class passengers will be offered a new menu of starters and main dishes of Jonnie’s signature.

Through July, passengers can enjoy starters of tartelettes of apple, potatoes and green asparagus and a tasting of delicacies consisting of grilled zucchini in a cream of tahini, chickpea salad, garlic feta and nut salad. Main dishes include baked salmon with broccolini, roasted tomatoes and couscous and chicken thigh in a star anise gravy served with braised green cabbage and potato purée. Vegetarians can enjoy a traditional vegetarian stew with roasted bell peppers, compote of braised onion and tomato served with mashed potato.
Jonnie Boer’s commitment to using fresh, local ingredients and balancing his use of animal protein coincides with KLM’s sustainable initiatives. The new wine selection for World Business Class customers, starting April 10, features Domaine de Grangeneuve L’Initiale H 2020, Rhône, France.
