In early 2026, Zetter Hotels opens its first hotel in 10 years in London’s Bloomsbury neighborhood. The Zetter Bloomsbury will bring Georgian charm and elegance to life across its design-forward guestrooms and suites.
The property transforms six 300-year-old Georgian townhouses near Russell Square into a boutique 68-room hotel. Each guestroom features preserved, antique reclaimed floorboards and Victorian upholstery. The hotel will offer two suite types: One boasts a four-poster bed, freestanding bath, and bay windows overlooking the hotel’s gardens and British Museum; the other includes paneling, a half tester bed, bedside lamp created using 19th-century Japanese mosquito net, and Turkish and Persian rugs.
Accompanying high-end British bath products from VERDEN in bathrooms are freestanding tubs and walk-in showers set against elegant tiles and marble countertops.
In addition to upscale guestrooms and suites, The Zetter Bloomsbury will offer a variety of communal spaces. Upon arrival, The Sitting Room welcomes guests with cocktails crafted by one of Zetter’s talented mixologists. On the lower ground, The Larder provides a private dining space for 20–40 guests, while The Drawing Room next door also serves as a culinary venue. For breakfast, guests can head to the light-filled Orangery, overlooking the gardens. The Orangery will host seasonal outdoor events like summer barbecues and chef pop-ups.
The Zetter Bloomsbury will join Zetter Marylebone and Zetter Clerkenwell.

Mar 1, 2026Spring Ahead
I hope the weather this winter has not caused too much disruption of your travel plans. Some very difficult days of snow and deep freeze nearly shut down travel in the eastern United States. We were fortunate to hold our Business Travel Symposium the week before a near-record snowstorm and frigid weather hit Philadelphia. Many thanks to our sponsors, IHG Business Edge and TAP Air Portugal, for making the event a success and adding to the panel discussion.
