Kempinski Hotels are recognizing KEMPINSKI DISCOVERY members during this time of crisis: In case of interrupted stays, members of the loyalty program will not only be recognized for nights effectively stayed, but also for the nights they had to cut short.
“Our loyal guests are very important to us and in these difficult times we want to prove our guest’s loyalty is highly valued in a meaningful way,” said Amanda Elder, chief commercial officer, Kempinski Hotels. “We continue to grant all tier nights for a stay that was interrupted by a country or region’s restrictions due to COVID-19 concerns.”
Kempinski Hotels is a founding member of the Global Hotel Alliance, the world’s largest network of independent hotel brands, bringing together more than 35 brands in 570 hotels in 85 countries. The DISCOVERY program benefits 17 million members with bespoke advantages during their journey.
One of the DISCOVERY program’s key features is the Local Experience Awards, allowing guests to explore the uniqueness of each destination with money-can’t-buy experiences.
