JetBlue and Hawaiian Airlines will be expanding their current partnership with a bilateral codeshare. JetBlue’s B6 code will now be on Hawaiian Airlines’ nonstop flights between Honolulu (HNL) and New York (JFK). It will also be available on certain connecting flights to Honolulu via Las Vegas (LAS), San Francisco (SFO) and Los Angeles (LAX). Hawai’i’s HA code will be expanding to current JetBlue destinations.
“JetBlue and Hawaiian have been consistently strengthening our relationship since we first partnered nearly four years ago so that we can offer the best travel benefits to our customers. This latest step makes it easier than ever to book seamless travel, connect across our diverse networks of destinations and earn loyalty points anywhere our airlines fly,” says Scott Laurence, senior vice president airline planning, JetBlue.
Flyers will receive a single ticket for both Hawaiian and JetBlue flights, as well as one-stop check-in and baggage transfers. Hawaiian and JetBlue will also offer members of one or the other carrier’s loyalty programs, HawaiianMiles and TrueBlue, the ability to earn and redeem points and miles interchangeably.
