Hyatt continues to cater to Dubai’s growing hotel needs with its Hyatt Place brand. Hyatt recently opened Hyatt Place Dubai Jumeirah as the fourth Hyatt-branded select service property in Dubai, joining Hyatt Place Dubai Al Rigga, Hyatt Place Dubai Baniyas Square and Hyatt Place Dubai Wasl District.

The new Hyatt Place Dubai Jumeirah is situated in the luxury Jumeirah neighborhood, with easy access to some of the most popular destinations in the city, including Dubai Mall, Gold and Spice Souk, Burj Khalifa and Jumeirah Beach. Additionally, for business travelers, the property provides easy access to the Dubai World Trade Center and Dubai International Financial Center.

The property includes more than 200 guestrooms, with 12 suites, all offering large workspace areas, free WiFi and convenient amenities. On-site dining options include Focus Bar, a coffee to cocktails venue; Wox, a Pan-Asian restaurant; and The Market, for 24-hour service. Public spaces include a fitness center and pool.

“The opening of Hyatt Place Dubai Jumeirah complements the UAE government’s endeavor to diversify the tourism sector. The government’s goal is to be able to offer a memorable stay experience to every single traveler, regardless of budget,” said Kurt Straub, vice president of operations, Middle East, Africa and South West Asia, Hyatt. “The three existing Hyatt Place hotels in Dubai have established a reputation for catering to a diverse pool of travelers looking for comfortable and seamless experiences with value for money. We are optimistic that the opening of this new Hyatt Place hotel in Jumeirah will add a wonderful new option for business and leisure travelers visiting Dubai.”

Review: Sushi by Scratch at Grand Hyatt Deer Valley

Husband-and-wife team Phillip Frankland Lee and Margarita Kallas-Lee made their mark by reinventing the term “hidden gem” through their surprising and intentional collection of destination restaurants. While they launched the original Scratch Kitchen in 2013, an expired lease prompted them to relocate to an unassuming strip mall in suburban Encino in 2015 and rename it Scratch Bar & Kitchen. Even at a time when the San Fernando Valley was not known for innovative 5-star dining, the Lees’ concepts gathered such a strong buzz that discerning diners cheerfully followed them “over the hill.”
