Guests can explore five separate culinary selections. The property’s dining star is Stillwell’s, a steakhouse named for rancher and real-life heroine Hallie Stillwell. The menu features Harwood Premium Beef sourced from locally raised Akaushi cattle. Master Sommelier Barbara Werley is in charge of the world-class wine list. Other dining choices include Isabelle’s, where the Parisian atmosphere is perfect for afternoon tea on the patio. Come back after the sun goes down and you’ll find the space transformed into a sophisticated martini bar.
