The Hotel Bel-Air hosts a new end-of-summer BBQ with Master Chef Wolfgang Puck on the lawn of the hotel. The event is back after a three-year hiatus, set to take place Sept. 6. Guests will be able to enjoy an evening featuring backyard-style barbeque and seasonal summer favorites.
The popular extravaganza will return in style. Master Chef Wolfgang Puck and executive chefs Connor McVay and Tiffany Pascua are joined by chefs Francis Mallmann, Nancy Silverton, Eric Werner, Adam Perry Lang, Burt Bakman, Arjun Mahendro, Victor Delgado, Jorge Alvarez and Leonard Botello IV for the ultimate barbecue party. Guests dine at communal tables surrounded by colorful gardens while enjoying select wine pairings from local California wineries.
Each chef will add their own individual flair and approach to the traditional barbecue dishes, allowing for a wider variety of tastes and cooking techniques. This alfresco dining experience will be served family-style.
If there is food left over, all the excess prepared food will be donated to those in need through the Chefs to End Hunger initiative. The event will also feature a silent auction to benefit LA Promise Fund.
