Daily

It’s time to start planning summer travel. Consider a chic island getaway off the coast of Spain. Spain’s Meliá Hotels International offers a collection of hotels throughout the islands that highlight the Spanish lifestyle.

Villa Le Blanc

Located on Spain’s beautiful Balearic Islands in Menorca, a Biosphere Reserve by UNESCO, Villa Le Blanc by Gran Meliá opened in 2022 as one of the company’s most environmentally responsible resorts. The eco-friendly hotel features 159 guestrooms, all with private balconies and many featuring private pools and rooftops. Soak up the sun and enjoy stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea.

ZEL Mallorca

This new lifestyle hotel brand developed by Meliá Hotels International and tennis legend Rafael Nadal opened its first location last summer in Mallorca, Spain. Located in the hometown of both Nadal and Meliá, ZEL Mallorca celebrates the beauty of the Mediterranean lifestyle. The patio is the heart of ZEL Mallorca and serves as the core of the hotel’s energy, interconnecting different areas of the property and creating a sense of freedom through open-air living. ZEL is inspired by a Mediterranean home, so instead of a traditional reception area, the patio features a specialty café and Mediterranean lounge for guests to relax and enjoy the open air.

ME Ibiza

Savor the spirit of Ibiza at ME Ibiza. This modern hotel is located on S’Argamassa Beach, along the Mediterranean Sea. The hotel features an adults-only oasis rooftop with Bali beds, a pool with 360-degree panoramic views of the bay and complimentary yoga sessions. Highlights include the spa and wellness area, offering personalized treatments. The morning buffet serves bottles of Moet & Chandon, waffles, morning pizzas and other delicious breakfast foods.

Paradisus Gran Canaria & Paradisus Salinas Lanzarote

Last year, Paradisus by Meliá launched its unique Destination Inclusive resort concept with openings in Lanzarote and Gran Canaria. Offering a unique, all-inclusive experience, Paradisus by Meliá makes the destination the heart of the experience by immersing guests into the locale. Paradisus Gran Canaria is located in a lush, natural environment on San Agustín Beach and offers immersive Inclusive Experiences such as exploring Cueva Pintada Archaeological Park, tasting Spain’s delicious rums and guided hikes. In Lanzarote, Paradisus Salinas Lanzarote is surrounded by the stunning beaches of Costa Teguise and charming villages. This property offers exploration of the island, biosphere reserve, volcanoes, unspoiled beaches and more.

Gran Meliá Palacio de Isora

Gran Melía Palacio de Isora is surrounded by the natural landscapes of Tenerife. The 5-star resort evokes the essence of Spanish culture and luxury, featuring one of the largest and most impressive saltwater infinity pools in Europe, 80 waterbeds and five outdoor pools. All rooms and suites are spacious and bright with an elegant and contemporary design. Guests wanting an adventure can explore the cuisine and culture of the Canary Islands with exceptional experiences, such as stargazing, tours with a speleologist, paragliding and sailing.

Fairfield by Marriott Phnom Penh Review

Phnom Penh as we imagined it stretches beneath us: a picturesque, low-rise mix of Southeast Asian and French Colonial styles. When the inhabitants of those buildings look back at us here in the Fairfield by Marriott hotel in Chip Mong Tower, they see the future.

Amansara Review

It was more than a car journey; it was a transition between worlds. At our first hotel in Siem Reap, huge coaches constantly pulled up outside the lobby to deposit or receive international tour groups; we departed in very different style, in a 1965 black Mercedes limousine once owned by King Sihanouk. The mundanities of mass tourism were left behind. We progressed through the chaotic Cambodian streets in regal comfort and soon arrived at a solid gate.
