Fusion Resorts brings originality and uniqueness to its portfolio with Fusion Originals. The new brand looks to celebrate the lives and legacies of scientists, artists and inventors with unique hotels in city centres.

The first of these properties, Darwin, celebrates the life of Charles Darwin with a Saigon hotel set to open summer 2019; no specific date has been given.

“As a company, Fusion loves big, world-changing ideas. It’s what we thrive on. We therefore launch the Originals brand with the man who changed the way we view our place in the universe forever,” Fusion Resorts said on its website, introducing the Originals concept. Each of the properties under the umbrella will focus on bringing a different edge to the property depending on the visionary it is based upon.

The first property will be located within 200 metres of Saigon’s famous opera house, and filled with inspired dining options and understated elegance.

The scientist’s influence will shine through in the hotel’s intentional use of natural colors, tones and botanical motifs.
