Frontier Airlines recently announced three new non-stop routes from Philadelphia (PHL). New service to Boston (BOS), Chicago (ORD) and Los Angeles (LAX) brings Frontier’s total non-stop options from Philadelphia to 24 flights.
Service to Boston starts May 1 and is available daily. Service to Chicago starts May 17 and is available Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday. Service to Los Angeles starts April 23 and is available daily.
“Over the last two years, Frontier has added or increased seasonal and year-round nonstop service from PHL to destinations popular with both tourists and business travelers,” said Chellie Cameron, CEO, Philadelphia International Airport. “We are excited that Frontier is continuing this trend by adding Los Angeles, Chicago and Boston flights to their PHL schedule. Passengers, businesses and our regional economy benefit when our airline partners offer more flights to more cities. Thank you to Frontier for expanding its presence in Philadelphia.”
Frontier operates 90 Airbus A320 aircraft, with the largest A320neo fleet in the United States. Frontier is due to receive more than 150 additional Airbus aircraft.
