Set for a spring 2023 opening in St. Thomas, Frenchman’s Reef announced its executive chef and the culinary concepts of its two new resorts, Westin Beach Resort & Spa and Morningstar Buoy Haus Beach Resort, an Autograph Collection Hotel. Under the leadership of executive chef Greg Smith, the two resorts will offer nine signature restaurants and lounges.
Smith is a graduate of Art Institute of Los Angeles. His hotel culinary experiences include roles at Sea Island, Four Seasons Nevis and The Ritz-Carlton, San Juan.

Luna Mar highlights Mediterranean flavors. Isla Blue offers innovative island-inspired dishes with a private dining room option. Sandbar is an oceanfront bar serving classic, tropical cocktails.
