New luxury wellness offerings from Sofitel Inle Lake Myat Min allow visitors to Myanmar to take advantage of the iconic destination’s natural setting and wellness heritage. Guests who book a wellness bundle enjoy a stay in one of the property’s 101 guestrooms and suites.

The Wellness Discovery bundle includes a pre-arrival consultation, yoga sessions, customized meditation classes, spa treatments, a wellness minibar in room and holistic morning and evening rituals. In-room amenities include a yoga mat, dumbbells, wellness ball and jump rope.

While at the property, guests dine at Roots Signature Restaurant, where a wellness cuisine program takes center stage, highlighting healthy and nutritional regenerative ingredients. The property maintains its own organic and hydroponic garden, but also sources ingredients from local communities.

Yoga and meditation sessions are held outdoors in a series of waterfront villas, overlooking reflective pools, gardens and Lake Myat Min. Spa treatments incorporate L’Occitane products and range from aromatherapy massages to body scrubs.
