Whichever you choose, your experience will include meeting local people and enjoying outdoor dining while in the company of an expert guide. Along the way, navigate the diverse terrain of the Negev Desert through the Ramon Crater, cycle along the Dead Sea and past the ancient historic stronghold of Masada and explore the labyrinth streets of Jerusalem. Add-on days take in the rolling landscape of Galilee and northern Israel.

Just a few of the highlights along the way encompass a desert farmstead to learn about traditional farming methods, a visit to Beit Shanti children’s safe house, visits to the tomb of David Ben Gurion and the village of Sde Boker at the Ein Avdat canyon, an ascent of Mt.
