Luxury lifestyle hotel management company Dream Hotel Group introduces Dream Hollywood.

With 178 rooms and suites, the hotel is part of larger expansion plans for the group. The company behind Dream Hotels, Time Hotels, The Chatwal, Unscripted Hotels and two Night Hotels in New York hopes to reach 150 hotels in four years.

Designed by the Rockwell Group and occupying half of a city block, Dream Hollywood unveils the most coveted playground in Los Angeles with accommodations including views, luxurious guest amenities, the city’s swankiest rooftop pool, lounge and grill, and complimentary Lincoln Continental and Navigator car service.

The hotel includes an indoor-outdoor lobby with retractable walls and an 11,000-square-foot rooftop called The Highlight Room. Combining a pool, terrace, restaurant and lounge, the hotel boasts views over Los Angeles and the iconic Hollywood sign. Restaurants include TAO, serving Asian cuisine; Beauty and Essex, a two-level restaurant concept with a pawnshop at its entrance; and Luchini Pizzeria and Bar.

Rooms and suites range from bronze to platinum with floor-to-ceiling windows and a mix of white, blue and neutral colors contrasted with pops of orange. A row of freestanding, naturally aged bronze shelving units support bathroom sinks and mirrors, and a minibar separates the bedroom from the bathroom.

The group’s expansion is based on a $2 billion development plan for Dream Hotels, including a 169-room hotel in Nashville’s historic Printer’s Alley; a 250-room Dallas hotel; and a 175-room Palm Springs hotel.
