The Plant Riverside District invites guests to Generator Hall for an immersive geology experience. Travel to a land before time while the kids learn all about the prehistoric era and natural science with the help of Dusty the Dino Ranger. Junior Explorers, ages 6–12, enjoy fun games and activities, including crafts, trivia, music, a Dino dig, fossil drop and a graduation gameshow.

Discover hidden dinosaurs throughout the Generator Hall of Plant Riverside District, with a Passport of Discovery. Complete challenges, absorb some knowledge and collect stamps from your “travels” along the way. The Passport is a great keepsake for kids and a helpful way to track all they’ve learned on their journey back in time.

Your future paleontologists will learn all about excavation tools and how geodes are formed over millions of years, with their own small-scale experience creating their own geode in just a few minutes.

Reservations can be made at the front desk, or over the phone (912 373 9100) for $40 per child. Up to 20 children can join the adventure, and each explorer will wear a dino mask for safety, and follow along adventure ropes to ensure social distancing measures.
