The audiovisual experience is facilitated through the inclusion of Sennheiser headphones, delivering Bowie’s music in multimedia installations with continuous audio and video/animation projections.
What makes this exhibition so remarkable is the amount of material acquired from Bowie’s personal archive: More than 400 objects, costumes, videos, 85 handwritten lyric sheets, tour footage, photographs and original album art are included. The exhibition follows Bowie’s creative process from his teenage years in England through his last years in New York City.
