The Summer Room

While you’re in residence, enjoy sumptuous Festive Afternoon Tea and restorative therapies at the luxurious spa located in an earth-roofed, glass-walled space a short walk from the main mansion. Feeling energetic? Take a polo lesson with the Guards Polo Club on one of the estate’s two polo fields. Be sure to work up an appetite: Dinner at The Barn means choices from the seasonal Best of British menu in a rustic setting including a massive stone fireplace. The Barn earned multiple accolades, including two AA Rosettes. Samples from this year’s holiday menu include roast Norfolk Bronze turkey with sage and chestnut stuffing, tea-smoked salmon, Coworth Christmas Pudding with brandy sauce and apple Frangipane tart with clotted cream and blackberries. Additional dining can be enjoyed in the main mansion at the Restaurant Coworth Park. Awarded one Michelin star, the restaurant is the domain of executive chef Adam Smith. In addition to the main restaurant space, private dining areas include The Oak Room with soaring Georgian windows, the Dessert Room next to the wall of wine and The Conservatory, where windows open onto the terrace.
